Biography

Barlow Holley, an associate at Marionneaux Kantrow, LLC, brings considerable knowledge from his past experience as a government regulator to our firm’s advocacy on behalf of electric utility cooperatives, water and wastewater utility companies, private transmission companies, regulated trucking companies, and other clients in a wide range of matters.

Barlow’s practice mainly focuses on representing regulated entities in licensing, permitting, ratemaking, rulemaking, and enforcement proceedings. Additionally, he handles a number of transactional matters and litigation.
